Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a compsn. which contains a potassium route activator or a mixture of the activator and anti-inflammatory drug as an effective component which can be used to cure inflammatory symptoms without causing gastrointestinal ulcer and is effective to prevent or cure gastrointestinal ulcer symptoms of mammals. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. to prevent or cure gastrointestinal ulcer symptoms is obtd. by compounding (A) a single potassium route activator comprising a well-known compd. as Nicorandile. Minoxidil, Pinacidil expressed by formula I, Cromakealim expressed by formula II and a compd. expressed by formula III, or by compounding (A) and (B) an anti-inflamatory drug (such as acetylsalicylic acid). In formula III, a, b, c are all C or one is N or NO and another two are C, R1 is expressed by formula IV, wherein R7 , R8 are each bonded with N to represent 1-pyrolidinyl, 1-pipelidinyl group, etc., R9 is H, alkyl or aryl group, R2 is H, OH, acetyloxy, R3 , R4 are each bonded with C to represent 5 to 7-member carbon cyclic group, R5 is H, alkyl, etc., and R6 is H, OH, alkyl, etc.
