To obtain a composition to be formulated with a hair-treating agent, capable of allowing the hair-treating agent such as a hair conditioner, a hairdye, a waving agent and a finishing agent to be prepared easily and inexpensively, and further to obtain the hair-treating agent excellent in greasy feeling of the hair, soft feeling, moist feeling, good combing properties, powdery feeling, setting properties of the hair, slip of a cream, nondrip properties of liquid, or the like.
This composition to be formulated with the hair-treating agent is characterized in that the composition contains (A) esters, (B) alcohols, (C) a nonionic surfactant and (D) fatty acids. Especially, the components A, B, C and D is regulated so as to satisfy the formulas 3≤A≤45, 5≤B≤80, 3≤C≤25, 1≤D≤15 and A+B+C+D≤100.
