This compsn. is obtd. by incorporating a hydrofluoropolyether expressed by formula I and a fluorine-contg. additive selected from compds. expressed by formulal II III. The obtd. compsn. is compatible with fluorinated and non-fluorinated substances and does not accelerate the greenhouse effect. In formula I, (n) and (m) are integers 0 to 20 and it is not allowed that both or (n) and (m) are 0. In formulae II and III, T is CF3, etc., Rf is a fluoroalkane group or the like having 4 to 20, preferably 8 to 12 carbon atoms, Y is CF3 or F, and L is X-CH2CH2 (OCH2CH2)n'B, wherein n' is 0 to 50, B is NHC(CH2 OH)3, etc., and moreover, X is CH2O or CH2NR", etc., and R" is H or a 1 to 3C alkyl group.
