Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation composition useful for ameliorating arthropathy such as arthralgia.SOLUTION: The arthropathy such as arthralgia is ameliorated by combining vitamin B1s with glucosamines (glucosamine or a salt thereof and the like) in an amount of 1-1,000 parts by weight of the glucosamines based on 1 part by weight of the vitamin B1s. Glycosaminoglycans (a chondroitin, a chondroitin sulfate, or a salt thereof and the like) in an amount of 10-300 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the vitamin B1s and the glucosamines may further be contained in this composition. Furthermore, vitamin B6s and/or vitamin B12s may be contained.
