PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition for providing a cured coated film having sufficient surface scratching resistance and wear resistance and extremely high weather resistance, by combining an ultraviolet-curing component comprising a specific fluorine-containing copolymer as an essential component with colloidal silica. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an ultraviolet-curing component comprising (a) 20-100 wt.% of a fluorine-containing copolymer composed of (i) 20-70 mol.% based on the total polymerization units of a unit based on a fluoroolefin, (ii) 1-80 mol.% of a unit containing an ultraviolet-curing functional group and (iii) 0-70 wt.% of a unit except the units (i) and (ii) in the total amounts of the units (i) and (ii) of >=30 mol.% based on the total polymerization units and has 8,000-500,000 number-average molecular weight and (b) 0-80 wt.% of an ultraviolet-curing functional group-containing compound except the component (a), (B) colloidal silica and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. Preferably the component (a) comprises a derivative of a vinyl ether as the monomer for providing the unit (ii) and a copolymer using a vinyl ether as a derivative for providing the unit (iii).
