To provide a composition which exhibits excellent adhesion to moldings of various kinds of resins and metals such as steel plates and aluminum, is obtained by reacting a thermoplastic elastomer with a resin having a urethane bond and contains an organic solvent.

(1) The composition is obtained by reacting a thermoplastic elastomer with a resin having a urethane bond and contains an organic solvent. (2) The composition comprises a resin obtained by reacting (B) a thermoplastic elastomer modified with a functional group with (C) a resin having a urethane bond and (G) an organic solvent. Coatings, primers and adhesives using the composition are spray-coatable without causing separation. The resultant coating film has a non-sticky surface, is excellent in weather resistance and exhibits superior adhesion to films, sheets, moldings or the like of untreated polyolefinic resins.
