Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for designing and developing therapeutic agents and vaccines that antagonize growth of cancer cells or tumors.SOLUTION: The composition comprises a recombinant nucleic acid composition that can be delivered, transcribed and processed into at least one gene silencing effector that interferes the expression of CDK2 cell cycle regulator and BMI-1 oncogene at the same time, where the nucleic acid composition is formed by linking sequences of SEQ ID NO:9, SEQ ID NO:10, SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO:12, SEQ ID NO:13, SEQ ID NO:14, SEQ ID NO:15, SEQ ID NO:16 and hybrid duplex combinations thereof.
