To provide compositions for treatment of neurodegeneration, such as neurodegeneration caused by Huntington's disease, and methods of administering the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compositions and methods for preventing or reducing neurodegeneration, the methods including administering a composition including an effective amount of creatine hydrochloride to a patient in need thereof.
