Abstract:
The present invention provides a supramolecular insulin assembly and supramolecular exendin-4 assembly useful as protein therapeutics for the treatment of metabolic disorders particularly diabetes. The supramolecular assemblies disclosed in the present invention consists of insoluble and aggregated oligomers the protein. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the supramolecular assembly.
