Abstract:
To provide a compound useful for therapeutic treatment of a neurological disease or disorder such as stroke, head trauma, spinal cord injury, epilepsy, and anxiety, or a neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, or useful for a muscle relaxant, an analgesic or an adjuvant to a general anesthetic.
