PURPOSE: To effectively suppress increase of loss by mixing an inorganic derivative being adhered to a minute electric conductive body in a united form.
CONSTITUTION: For matrix resin, resin which causes only little loss in a high frequency region is desirable and for example PPO resin, fluorinated carbon rein and the like are used. The dielectric constant r of those resin is generally about 2.0 to 3.2. For a minute electric conductive body to be mixed with those resin, electric conductive substance such as metal, graphite, semiconductor and electric conductive organic high polymer is employed and the shape thereof is made fiber-like or granular. In the case of fiber-like shape, substance of about 1 to 50μm in length about 0.2 to 25μm in diameter is used, and in the case of granular shape, substance of about 0.5 to 15μm is used. For inorganic dielectric substance to cover the minute conductive body, inorganic substance of such as a BaTiO2 group and SrTiO2 group is used.
