Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound hole drilling tool of stepped drill or the like simplifying a structure, eliminating misalignment of an axial center, enhancing interchangeability, able to use a tool on the market, able to perform high accurate work.
SOLUTION: A tool comprises a replacement edge tool 5 provided with a cutting edge 4 around a tip end part 3 of a center hole 2, main unit 8 provided with the replacement edge tool in a tip end part of a through hole 7 having a tapered hole part 6 in the inside, spring collet 10 corresponding to the tapered hole part of a main unit to insert a bar-shaped work tool 1 in a center hole 11 enabled to be clamped, and a nut 14 comprising an internal thread 15 screwed to an external thread 16 provided in the periphery of the main unit and a through hole 17 to insert a bar-shaped work tool in a spring collet center hole enabled to be tightened/loosened. Further, in a tip end part of the through hole in the main unit, a shaft right angle plane part 19 having a two-surface width part 18 and a mounting screw hole 20 in a center hole axial direction are provided, the replacement edge tool is fitted to the two-surface width part and brought into contact with the shaft right angle plane part, to be fixed to a mounting screw hole by a screw 26.
