Abstract:
To provide a graphene nanoribbon having excellent applicability to semiconductor devices.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for obtaining a graphene nanoribbon, wherein, as a precursor of the graphene nanoribbon, used is a compound represented by formula (9), and the compound is vapor depositioned onto a catalyst metal plate, heated under vacuum, to synthesize a polymer, and further heat it (X is a leaving group such as Br; and each R independently represents H, F, Cl or a C1-12 alkyl group).SELECTED DRAWING: None
