The compound for organic EL elements is represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 are each an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkenyl group, a heterocyclic group, an amino group, or an arylamino group; and R11 to R36 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkenyl group, a heterocyclic group, an amino group, or an arylamino group).
