Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite piezoelectric element improved in resistance to bending.SOLUTION: A composite piezoelectric element 101 includes a flexible base sheet 19, a first electrode layer 11 disposed on the base sheet 19, a piezoelectric layer 13 disposed on the first electrode layer 11 and having a resin and piezoelectric particles, and a second electrode layer 12 disposed on the piezoelectric layer 13. The piezoelectric layer 13 has two first piezoelectric layers (13A, 13B) and a second piezoelectric layer 13C disposed between the two first piezoelectric layers (13A, 13B). The volume percent concentration of the piezoelectric particles in the second piezoelectric layer 13C is lower than that in the first piezoelectric layers (13A, 13B).
