PURPOSE: To provide a compound resin composition good in moldability, capable of giving highly elastic forms with excellent resistance to heat and impact, comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin, copolycarbonate resin and specific rubber component.
CONSTITUTION: The composition comprising (A) a thermoplastic polyester resin, (B) a copolycarbonate resin, and (C) a rubber component having core-shell structure produced by coating the outer periphery of a core material composed of an elastomer 0.2 0.5μm in particle diameter with a film 50-500 thick consisting of a copolymer with acrylic ester monomer and/or styrene-based monomer as one or two of copolymer component(s). The component B is pref. a resin obtained using 1,1-bis(4hydroxyphenyl)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane as the chief diphenol component; and the elastomer in the component C is pref. mainly butadiene.
