Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: composite resin particles containing a polyurethane resin and a vinyl resin excellent in flexibility, mechanical strength, weather resistance, solvent resistance and water resistance of a coating; and an aqueous dispersion thereof.SOLUTION: In a composite resin particle (K), part or all of a surface of a resin particle (Pa) containing a polyurethane resin (P) is covered with resin particles (Va) containing a vinyl resin (V) and/or a coating (Vf) of the vinyl resin (V), the vinyl resin (V) formed by polymerizing a monomer component containing a monomer (X) represented by the general formula (1).
