PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound superconductive wire having an insulating coating on a compound super conductive naked wire.
SOLUTION: A method of producing a compound superconductive wire includes carring out a wire drawing process and then a heat treatment process, coating the wire with enamel, and winding the coated wire into a desired coil shape, and if necessary, impregnating the coil with epoxy.
