PURPOSE: To provide a compd. used for preparing a medicine which has a specified compd. contg. a new compd. as an active ingredient and exhibits excellent bronchodilator activity and can be administered through various paths such as oral dosage and rectum and is especially useful for curing patients attacked by asthma.
CONSTITUTION: A compd. of formula I [wherein R1-R4 are each H, a (halogen- substd.) 1-4C alkyl, a (halogen-substd.) 1-4C alkoxy, OH, NO2, CN, a halogen, a (1-4C alkyl-substd.) amino or a methylenedioxy formed by making two adjoining R1-R4 together; X is S, O or (CH2)m (wherein m is 1 or 2); R5 is H or a 1-4C alkyl: R6 is R5 or NH2; R7 is R5 or OR8 (wherein R8 is a 1-4C alkyl or a 1-8C acyl)] and their pharmaceutically allowable salts, e.g. compd. of formula II (wherein an oxime group is a Z-geometrical isomer contg. no E-isomer; and R6=R5) being a new compd. are active ingredients. The amt. of dosage is pref. 0.01-50 mg active ingredient/body wt. Kg/day.
