To provide a compound that solves a problem occurring upon detecting an antigen (a lesion marker) present in a lesion using a compound comprising a single stranded antibody, that the amount of the compound delivered to the lesion is reduced due to the binding of the single stranded antibody to the antigen present outside the lesion, and a signal (background) from the compound binding to the antigen outside the lesion is generated, making the detection of the lesion at high sensitivity and at high contrast difficult as a result.
The compound includes a polymer represented by formula (1): L-Y-A. In the formula, A represents a single stranded antibody which is a polypeptide comprised of an antigen-binding site, L represents a linker which is a polypeptide comprised of a protease-cleaving site, and Y represents a peptide which is comprised of zero or more of amino acids connecting the single stranded antibody A to the linker L. The linker L binds to the N terminal end of the peptide Y or to the N terminal end of the single stranded antibody A.
