To provide a compound useful as a dye having a high molar extinction coefficient and high spectral density.

The compound is expressed by formula (0). In formula (0), R1 represents a saturated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, -CN or the like; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R4a to R7a each represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or the like; and R21 to R27 each represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or the like.
