PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition composed of a compounded cement, a liquid diene polymer having hydroxyl group, a polyisocyanate and a ferrite, giving a cured product having excellent flexibility, wave-absorbing characteristics, etc., and suitable for building material, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective compounded cement composition is produced by mixing (A) a compounded cement composed of cement, sand, water, etc., (B) a liquid diene polymer having hydroxyl group (e.g., liquid polybutadiene having hydroxyl terminals), (C) a polyisocyanate compound (e.g., diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and (D) a ferrite. Preferably, the amount of the component B is 10-200 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A, the molar ratio of NCO group of the component C to OH group of the component B (NCO/OH) is 0.2-25 and the amount of the component D is 10-100 pts.wt. The cured product of the obtained compounded cement composition is effective in preventing radio wave trouble.
