Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a compounded prepn. which is astonishingly effective for hardly heelable dermatosis, particularly such as chronic eczema, the inflammation of the anal and genital parts and the ulcer inferior limbs and similar diseases.
CONSTITUTION: This compounded prepn. for the topical treatment of the inflammatory dermatosis contains the chloramphenicol, gentamicin and nystatin and, if necessary, cortisone, as the active components. This prepn. is preferably in the form of an ointment. The prepn. is further usable for the topical treatment of a sunburn, intertrigo and impetigo as well as the nonspecific red skin at the corners of the mouth.
