PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated watching and security liaison system for dwellers, servicing personnel, equipment and the like of collective residential facilities.SOLUTION: An integrated watching and security liaison system for managing a dweller A, a servicing person D and facilities E of collective residential facilities is configured of a central management room F, a liaison person G, a maintenance and management company H and a client company I. In the living space occupied by the dweller A, an assistance controller 1 and various watching sensors are installed. The assistance controller 1 can be switched over among an at-home mode, an outing mode and a behavior management mode by a mode changeover switch. In any of the at-home mode, the outing mode and the behavior mode, a link is established to an automatic reporting system when necessary conditions are met, and a report is automatically sent to one or more addressees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
