PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a manufacturing system of a suspended production line from air-leaking, to save manufacturing costs by reducing wasteful consumed electric power of a compressor, and to improve safety for manufacturing operations by preventing error actions of the manufacturing system.
SOLUTION: A compressed air supply control device 1 for the production line is provided with an air supply pipe 4 for the production line supplying compressed air from the compressor 2 to the production line 3, a compressed air supply control valve 5 arranged on the middle of the pipe 4, an air supply pipe 6 for valve controlling, and a valve control cylinder 7 controlling opening and shutting actions of the compressed air supply control valve 5. Further, the device has a cylinder control valve 8 controlling actions of the valve control cylinder 7, a control valve 10 controlling timing of a switching start for the cylinder control valve 8 to a second condition in proportion to operations of a controlling portion 9, and a selection switching valve 14 at a high pressure side supplying compressed air from a first port 11 or second port 12 to an operation port 13 of the cylinder control valve 8.
