Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air supply technology capable of sufficiently obtaining work amount corresponding to volume of compressed air produced by an air compressor in a production facility.SOLUTION: A compressed air supply system for supplying dehumidified compressed air to a production facility includes: an air compressor for producing compressed air; an air dehumidifier for dehumidifying the produced compressed air; and piping for connecting the air compressor, the air dehumidifier and the production facility with each other. In the compressed air supply system, heating means for heating the dehumidified compressed air is provided between the air dehumidifier and the production facility. The compressed air supply system further includes heating control means for controlling the heating means so that the compressed air is heated to 60-90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
