PURPOSE: To compress and extrude waste material consisting of solid and liquid to solidify and granulate smoothly said material by forming working holes in the base of a pair of extruding teeth provided to a die body and specifying the relation between the height of the extruding teeth and the diameter of the working holes.

CONSTITUTION: Extruding teeth 11 of a gear shape, etc. are formed on the circumferential surface of a pair of die bodies 10 and working holes 12 are pierced in the base parts between said teeth and are penetrated to a discharge part 13 for the worked product. The shape of the teeth 11 has 65W75% height with respepct to the diameter of the holes 12. The waste material A charged into the device is sandwiched, compressed and dehydrated between the teeth of the teeth 11 and is forced into the holes 12, from which the material is discharged in the shape of sticks to the part 13. Scrap wood, waste paper, livestock excreta, pulp sludge, plastic waste, etc. are smoothly compressed, solidified and granulated by such device.
