PURPOSE: To increase the storing amount of a refuse bag and to decrease the changing frequency of the refuse bag by hanging the refuse bag on an upper diameter part of a coil spring fixed to a base plate, lowering a push cover, compressing the refuse bag together with the coil spring, then, returning the push cover to the original figure.

CONSTITUTION: The coil spring 3 provided with a suitable diameter is fixed on the base plate 7, the refuse bag 8 is hung in the coil spring and when the charged refuse becomes bulky, the push cover 14 is lowered and the refuse is compressed and contracted, then, returned to the original figure. The coil spring 3 returns the refuse bag 8 to the original figure, makes a charging space of refuse, increases the storing amount of the refuse bag 8 by the repetition of the compressive operation and, at the same time, minimizes the changing frequency of the refuse bag 8.
