To prevent the damage such as a break in a molded product by setting the angle from the end part of a molding region space toward a shear edge to a specific range with respect to a mold clamping direction and setting the thickness of a guide part to a specific dimension or more but making the same not more than the thickness of the end part of the molded product.
A compression mold consists of a fixed mold 22 and a movable mold 23 and the molding region space 21 formed by both molds 22, 23 is formed into a counter shape for a kitchen. A guide part 26 is provided between the molding region space 21 and a shear edge 4 and the angle α of the guide part 26 is 40° and the thickness of the guide part 26 is 0.5 mm. The wall thickness of the counter molded product 31 is 10 mm. The angle α is 10-60° and it is necessary that the thickness of the guide part is 0.3 mm or more but not more than the thickness of the end part of the molded product. A molding material is placed on at an almost central part of the molding region space 21 of a mold and the movable mold 23 is moved toward the fixed mold 22 to apply pressure and heating to perform curing molding.
