A compression sleeve 1 has divided bodies 2, 3 divided by a dividing face 4 extended in the radial direction of a pipe body 7. The compression sleeve 1 can seal clearances between the pipe body 7. and a compression fitting receiving member 5 and a compression fitting clamping member 6 by plastic deformation of the divided bodies 2, 3 during the use of the pipe body 7. In addition, the divided body 2, 3 and the pipe body 7 brought into close contact with each other can be separated by applying small force only once, so that the pipe body 7 and the compression sleeve 1 can be easily separated.
