To provide a compressor, enough lubricating a part needed to be lubricated and an air conditioner including the compressor.
This compressor includes: a compression chamber C; a discharge cavity 23 to which a fluid compressed in the compression chamber C is discharged; and an end plate 32a of a fixed scroll as a side wall partitioning between the compression chamber C and the discharge cavity 23, which are provided in a housing, wherein a groove 34 is formed between the inner wall of the housing and the peripheral surface of the end plate 32a to which the inner wall is opposite. The groove 34 constitutes a lubricating oil passage where lubricating oil flows, the lower part of the end plate 32a is provided with an oil inlet hole (an oil suction passage) 35 communicating the discharge cavity 23 with the groove 34, and the upper part of the end plate 32a is provided with a communicating passage (an oil discharge passage) 36 communicating the groove 34 with the other side space of the end plate 32a. Oil in an oil reservoir chamber 24 rises through the groove 34 in the periphery of the end plate 32a along the circumference to lubricate a drive bush and a main bearing.
