Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for disassembling compressors, capable of recovering precious resources by unit of component, such as magnets, contained in motors used in compressors of room air conditioners, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, etc.SOLUTION: The disassembling apparatus includes: a cutting unit 10 for cutting and removing the enclosure of the compressor 100; a punching unit 20 for removing a rotary shaft 105 connected to a rotor 107 of a motor 104 from the rotor 107; a demagnetization unit 30 for demagnetizing a magnet 109 in the rotor 107; and a disassembling unit 40 for cutting a rivet 111 securing an electromagnetic steel plate 108 of the rotor 107 and rotor weights 110a, 110b to separate the electromagnetic steel plate 108 from the rotor weights 110a, 110b.
