A bearing device 14 supports a rotary shaft 13 of the compressor 1 for the fuel cell, and has a pair of radial foil bearings 21 and 22 concentrically arranged on the rotary shaft 13 and supporting the rotary shaft 13 from the radial direction, and an axial magnetic bearing 23 opposed from the axial direction to the rotary shaft 13 and supporting the rotary shaft 13 from the axial direction. A control device 61 has a bearing service life diagnosing means 80 determining the bearing service life by determining contact totaling time by integrating time when a rotating speed of the rotary shaft 13 is a predetermined time or less.
