Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately process a sliding bearing, which is manufactured from an unhomogeneous material, so that the sliding bearing has an intended thickness and thereby improve the reliability of a compressor.SOLUTION: A compressor 10 includes a casing 11, a compression element 50, a crank shaft 30, a first bearing 41, and a first bearing fixing member 70. The compression element 50 compresses a fluid. The crank shaft 30 drives the compression element 50. The first bearing 41 has an inner periphery part 47 and an outer periphery part 48, has a cylindrical or arcuate shape, and pivotally supports the crank shaft 30 on an inner peripheral surface 49 of the inner periphery part 47. The first bearing fixing member 70 is fixed to the casing 11 and supports the outer periphery part 48 of the first bearing 41. The inner periphery part 47 includes both resin and metal. The first bearing fixing member 70 has: a bearing supporting part 71 for supporting the first bearing 41; and an inner diameter measuring part 72 located near the bearing supporting part 71. An inner diameter R2 of an inner peripheral surface 73 of the inner diameter measuring part 72 is substantially the same as an inner diameter R1 of the inner peripheral surface 49 of the first bearing 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
