The discharging sound due to the leakage of the compressed refrigerant and the irregular seating noise to the discharge valve seat 18 of the discharge valve 15 are reduced and improved by raising the pressing force of the discharge valve 15 by giving a fixed seat part 19 a low step against the seating surface of the discharge valve of the discharge valve seat 18 and by making the fixed seat part 19 incline so as to be gradually high to the seating surface of the discharge valve of the discharge valve seat 18 toward the fixed end side.
