In this case, a refrigerant discharge pipe 96 communicating with an upper part of the inside of the sealed container 12, and a discharge passage 17 formed in a rotational shaft 16 and opened in the sealed container 12 on an upper side of the electric element 14 are provided, so that the refrigerant compressed by the second rotary compression element 34 is discharged in the sealed container 12 from the opening through the discharge passage 17.
