The blade 62b integrally formed with a roller 62a moves along with the roller 62a moving along an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder chamber 71 and moves into and out from the cylinder chamber 71 and a blade storing chamber 75. In a side surface of a low-pressure chamber 71a side of the blade 62b, recessed parts 62d are formed at its upper end part and it lower end part. The recessed parts 62d are positioned only at portions in a bush arranging space 75a in the side surface of the blade 62b where the roller 62a becomes closest to the blade storing chamber 75, the blade 62b is entered in the blade storing chamber 75 most deeply and the roller 62a is positioned farthest from the blade storing chamber 75 and the blade 62b is entered and positioned in a cylinder chamber 71 most deeply.
