Abstract:
To provide a small-sized lightweight two-stage compressor that reduces leakage on a tooth side and improves the efficiency of the compressor.
A two-stage compressor includes: a housing; a drive part (3) which rotates a crank shaft (4) having a crank (4-1, 4-4); a rotor (5) driven by the crank (4-1, 4-4); and a cylinder (6) fixed to the housing. In the cylinder (6), an annular cylinder chamber is formed and a beam (6-3) is formed which connects portions of an outer circumference inner wall (6-1) and an inner circumference inner wall (6-2) of the cylinder chamber. A C-shaped rotor tooth (5-1) is installed on a cylinder side of the rotor (5), and a boss (5-2) fitting to the crank (4-1, 4-4) is installed on the back side.
