An oil separation mechanism part 40 is provided for separating oil from a cooling medium gas discharged from a compressor mechanism part 10. The oil separation mechanism part 40 includes: upper part cylindrical space 41a and lower part inverted conical space 41b for whirling the cooling medium gas; an inflow part 42 for flowing the cooling medium gas discharged from the compressor mechanism part 10 into the cylindrical space 41; a sending out port 43 for sending out the cooling medium gas from which oil is separated from the upper part cylindrical space 41a to one space 31 in a container; and a discharge passage 41c and a discharge port 44 for discharging separated oil from the lower part inverted conical space 41b to the other space 32 in the container. Thereby, high efficiency of an electric motor part 20, improvement of volumetric efficiency and low oil circulation can be achieved.
