Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor for preventing a core from being deformed to reduce a clearance (or an air gap) between a stator and a rotor.SOLUTION: The trunk 1c of a casing 1 is shaped by an expander method using eight split molds 81. Therefore, the inner circumference of the trunk 1c is formed with eight inner radial projections 50 at a pitch of 45 degrees in the circumferential directions. On the other hand, a core 32 is formed in the outer circumference with eight notches 40 for forming conduits for a refrigerant gas. Moreover, the eight inner radial protrusions 50 are individually arranged in the eight notches 40 in the circumferential direction.
