Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve compressor efficiency.SOLUTION: A magnesium alloy member subjected to a surface treatment by tin plating is adopted as a member (for example, a movable scroll member 22) constituting a slide portion of the compressor. The magnesium alloy member includes a base material; and a tin-plated layer on a surface of this member, a surface of the base material corresponding to a surface of the member in contact with a slide counterpart member is formed out of magnesium alloy, and the tin-plated layer is directly formed on a surface of the base material after a roughening treatment without via another plated layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
