Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a compressor at a proper revolving speed in case where the compressor is driven through an auxiliary unit to work interlocking with an engine.
SOLUTION: A planetary gearing transmission mechanism is composed of a drive cone 9 to rotate interlocking with a pump shaft 1a, a follower cone 10 to rotate interlocking with a compressor shaft 7b, and conical rollers 11 rolling while they are contacting with the two cones, wherein the drive cone 9 is pressed toward the rollers 11 and follower cone 10 by the oil pressure generated by a hydraulic pump part 1 of a power steering device so that the torque transmitted from the pump shaft 1a to the compressor shaft 7b is connected and disconnected.
