PURPOSE: To improve wear resisting performance and seizure resisting performance by providing a coating layer of arbitrarily compound-plating ceramics of teflon while forming a cylinder block, both side blocks, rotor and vanes of plastic or carbon material reinforced by mixing metal powder in it.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 4, provided with a drive shaft 2 in the center and formed with vane grooves 3, is inserted, so as to come into contact in the vicinity of both upper and lower parts of inner surface of a cylinder block 1, to provide two action spaces 5. Vanes 6 are slidably inserted into the vane grooves 3. Further, a front side block and a rear side block are provided in both sides of the cylinder block 1. Here, a plastic or carbon material, mixing metal powder reinforced, is used as a forming material of the cylinder block 1, rotor 4 and the vanes 6. A coating layer C, arbitrarily applying compound plating of ceramics or teflon to a single or compound plating-possible metal, is provided in sliding surfaces or the like between the front/rear side blocks and the rotor 4 and the vanes 6.
