PURPOSE: To enable anyone to easily utilize the application programs developed by users as the software property by storing said programs into a library.

CONSTITUTION: A computer equipment contains a processor (CPU) 1, a display device 2, a keyboard 3, a memory 4, a data recording device 5, and a result output device 6. The application programs produced automatically are registered into a library as the package programs via a register function means. Then a utility function means changes a question and the designation of the subject package program which is selected out of the library by said question and arranges the newly added package programs so that they are selected in response to each purpose. In such a way, the application programs developed by users are stored into the library. Thus anyone can easily utilize those programs as the software property.
