Abstract:
To properly provide a user with digital information in a specific language while suppressing efforts and costs.SOLUTION: A computer program allows a computer to implement receiving function, processing function, and transmission function. The processing function acquires terminal information of a user terminal from the user terminal, decides a language of digital information to be transmitted to the user terminal, on the basis of the terminal information, and determines whether digital information corresponding to the decided language has been already stored in a storage unit or not. When it is determined that the digital information corresponding to the decided language has been stored in the storage unit, the digital information corresponding to the decided language is determined as digital information to be transmitted to the user terminal. When it is determined that the digital information corresponding to the decided language is not stored in the storage unit, new digital information corresponding to the decided language is created and it is decided as digital information to be transmitted to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
