PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse effect gas emission quantity automatic calculation device capable of calculating an emission quantity of greenhouse effect gas using a power meter, and in addition capable of calculating the emission quantity of the greenhouse effect gas without the power meter, capable of selecting two kinds of calculation means.SOLUTION: A greenhouse effect gas emission quantity automatic calculation device for automatically calculating an emission quantity of the greenhouse effect gas using a computer comprises: integral power consumption calculation means for calculating the emission quantity of the greenhouse effect gas by using integral power consumption using data from a power meter; and calculation power consumption calculation means for calculating the emission quantity of the greenhouse effect gas by using data from appliances, namely comprising two kinds of calculation means.
