Abstract:
To enable improved storage efficiency of managed data while reducing performance deterioration of a database cluster.SOLUTION: In a computer system 10, a NoSQL/SQL cluster 11 is configured while a distributed storage 12 is configured. A computing node 100 of the NoSQL/SQL cluster 11 instructs a plurality of the computing nodes 100 of the NoSQL/SQL cluster 11 to perform writing in the distributed storage 12 for redundancy of data to be stored. The computing node 100 of the NoSQL/SQL cluster 11 performs deduplication on the data in storage devices 230 of a plurality of the storage nodes 200 in the distributed storage 12 with respect to files containing the data to be stored. The distributed storage 12 stores, by erasure coding, a file of the data newly determined to be duplicated in the deduplication among the data to be stored and the files not deduplicated in the deduplication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
