PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of a risk in an operation environment due to a software change by high-accuracy software verification.SOLUTION: A computer system of the present invention includes a network system having a virtual machine in which an operation application for transferring packets is implemented and a virtual machine for implementing an operation counter application that executes a process in cooperation with a process by the operation application, and a control server.
