The computer system comprises the user terminal 21 connected to a computer device 30 through the communication subsystem41, and including a transmitting and receiving means with transmission time 211 for transmitting a processing request attached with transmission time; and the computer device 30 connected to the user terminal 21 through the communication subsystem 41, and including a communication state monitoring means 31 measuring a transfer time showing the communication state of the communication subsystem 41 by the transmission time attached to the processing request and updating the priority of processing requests according to the communication state.
