This routing device is provided with a computer 14 having a base 18, a display unit 12, and a keyboard 24. The display unit 12 is fitted rotatably to the computer 14, so that the computer 14 and display unit 12 can rotate relatively. The keyboard 24 is fitted rotatably to the computer 14. When the base 18 is arranged on the top plate 22 or a vertical wall of the desk, the display device 12 becomes able to rotate to a nearly vertical position where the display device is suitably viewed. When the base 18 is arranged on a horizontal plane, the keyboard 24 becomes able to rotate almost horizontally to the base 18. Further, when the base 18 is arranged on the vertical wall, the keyboard 24 becomes able to rotate almost vertically to the base 18 so that a user suitably operates the keyboard 24.
